Meet Todd Smith

I have been selling real estate since 1998. I am a life long resident of the Rexburg Idaho area. I was raised on a potato farm south of Rexburg and still live on a portion of the family farm. My wife and I both graduated from Madison high school. We were married in 1988 and have four wonderful children. We love living in this area of the world. I am very involved in the community. I have served on the Madison County planning and zoning commission and am currently serving as a County Commissioner. Being involved helps me to have a better understanding of the conditions and laws surrounding Real Estate. I have bought and sold a few investment properties over the years so I understand the risks and rewards of owning investment properties. I can help you with any of your real estate needs. I love helping people find their dream homes or that right investment property. I also have helped many with commercial properties and of course farms as that is what my back ground is in.
